Talent Acquisition Specialist
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and other sourcing tools.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Analyze market trends, competitor hiring strategies, and talent availability.
- Screen candidate profiles and assess their suitability based on job requirements.
- Collaborate with recruiters to ensure smooth candidate engagement and selection.
- Maintain and update the recruitment database with accurate candidate information.
- Assist in employer branding efforts by engaging with potential candidates through social media and networking events.
✅ Experience: 2-3 years in talent acquisition, sourcing, or a related field.
✅ Skills:
- Strong research and sourcing skills using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and candidate databases.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
✅ Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
