About the Role

We are looking for an experienced .NET Backend Developer to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in building scalable backend systems and integrations, combined with solid communication and collaboration skills. You will work closely with DevOps, QA, and frontend teams to deliver reliable, high-performance solutions within a cloud-based environment (AWS).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using .NET Core.
• Build and optimize integrations, background services, and asynchronous workflows.
• Implement and maintain data access layers using Entity Framework Core and PostgreSQL.
• Work with queues, topics, and pub/sub architectures (preferably RabbitMQ).
• Ensure system reliability through proper logging, metrics, and monitoring (e.g., OpenTelemetry).
• Debug and troubleshoot distributed systems, ensuring stability and data integrity.
• Implement retry patterns, circuit breakers, and robust error handling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, QA, frontend) to deliver end-to-end features.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Follow best practices for transaction management and data consistency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience developing applications with .NET / .NET Core.
• Solid understanding of API development and microservice architectures.
• Experience with Entity Framework Core and relational databases (PostgreSQL).
• Hands-on experience with AWS or other cloud services.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and pipelines.
• Understanding of microservices communication and performance optimization.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, especially in distributed environments.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
