We’ll be a great match if you:



  • Have an SDR / BDM experience of 1 year or more. Especially working with the European and US markets;


  • Have an experience in the IT field or a strong understanding of IT outsourcing;


  • Have experience in lead generation through sales databases (Sales Navigator, Apollo, Zoominfo, or similar)


  • C1+ English


  • Have experience in building multichannel outbound campaigns (Email + LinkedIn);


  • Experience in conducting intro meetings / presentations / negotiations.




As a Sales Development Representative, you will:



  • Searching leads using LinkedIn SN, Apollo, Snov.io, Google, and other sources;


  • Building multichannel outbound campaigns (Email + LinkedIn);


  • Communicating with potential clients. You’ll be responsible for the presentation of the company, qualification of leads, work with objections, and search for needs.


  • Conducting introductory meetings and transferring qualified leads to the sales department;



  • Maintaining a CRM system;


    Working conditions:
