About the project
The key challenge was that Cynet wanted to hire superstars, top developers in DevOps, React, Python and C# during the times of extremely competitive IT market and ongoing Covid pandemic.
Our team was required to cover the key areas of the development and provide a high level of cyber security expertise. We collaboratively agreed on a targeted recruitment strategy and refined the recruitment/selection process.
