Recruitment Specialist

What will you do?

Partnering with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition global team to ensure we hire and onboard the right people efficiently and seamlessly. 

The process includes:

  • identifying key requirements for hiring; 

  • developing and maintaining a talent pipeline using tactical research methods, sourcing techniques, networking, and utilizing databases; (We are working with ATS Peopleforce)

  • maintaining a close relationship with candidates; 

  • conducting HR interviews with candidates; 

  • follow-up on process steps; 

  • conduct reference calls;

  • support the onboarding process. 

Most of the hiring will be for IT \ R&D professionals. The main technical stack we work with .Net, AQA, QA, DevOps, JavaScript (React, Node.JS), Java, PHP

The requirements for this position:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in leading the recruitment process for IT \ R&D roles

  • Experienced with advanced sourcing and head-hunting tools

  • Proven ability to take initiative, innovate, and think “out of the box”

  • Ability to build strong, productive partnerships with all-level stakeholders

  • Passionate about delivering an outstanding recruiting experience for candidates and hiring managers

  • Fluent in Polish and English - must
