IT Talent Researcher

What will you do?
Partnering with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition global team to ensure we hire and onboard the right people efficiently and seamlessly.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Sourcing: Conduct research to identify potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and other innovative sourcing methods.

  • Candidate Screening: Evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit through initial screenings.

  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability in the IT sector.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to understand specific job requirements and deliver qualified candidates on time.

  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information and recruitment metrics in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

  • Brand Promotion: Actively promote the company’s brand and job opportunities through various platforms and networks to attract top talent.


  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT talent research, recruitment, or a related field.

  • Tools & Platforms: Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS, and other recruitment tools.

  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a tech-focused recruitment role.

  • Knowledge of Boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing strategies.

  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
