  • Can sell ice in the winter, fire in Hell, and water to a whale.


  • Have an SDR / BDR / Sales experience of 2 years or more. Especially working with the European and US markets;


  • Have an experience in the IT field or a strong understanding of IT outsourcing;


  • Speak English fluently;


  • Have experience in building multichannel outbound campaigns (Email + LinkedIn) and ready to show off with your reply and interest and SQL rates.


  • Experience in conducting intro meetings/presentations / negotiations;


  • Have a successful track record of meeting sales KPIs;


  • Have track record of closing deals;



As a Business Development Representative, you will



  • Build and manage multichannel outbound campaigns (Email + LinkedIn);


  • Compose multichannel email sequences;


  • Compose Sales Navigator / Apollo filters for lead research;


  • Handle leads’ responses;


  • Process inbound leads;


  • Communicate with potential clients. You’ll be responsible for the entire sales process: holding intro meetings, lead qualification, proposal preparation, singing up new customers, upsaling existing customers;


  • Conclude agreements with customers;


  • Kick-off new projects;


  • Maintain a CRM system;


  • Submit reports;
