What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a seasoned professional who can:
Build Relationships: With at least 3 years of experience selling IT services (preferably to enterprise-level clients), you’re adept at navigating the Western European and North American markets.
Understand the Industry: You have a strong grasp of the web and mobile development lifecycle, including searching, qualifying, and closing stages.
Qualify Leads Effectively:- Assess potential customers’ experience, expectations, and challenges.
- Evaluate project ideas, including stage, team, deadlines, and budget.
Leverage Tools: You’re skilled in using CRM systems, questionnaires, and other sales tools to keep lead information organized and actionable.
Communicate Persuasively: Your negotiation, verbal, and written communication skills are top-notch.
Speak Fluent English: Upper-Intermediate level English is a must.
Your Responsibilities
Partner and Market Expansion: Identify new partners, customers, and opportunities across target markets.
Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement strategic visions for managing large clients and driving revenue growth.
Brand Building: Strengthen Covent IT’s presence in international markets.
Motivation Systems: Create and manage incentive programs for partners.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, HR, and Recruitment to align efforts and achieve shared goal
