Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to be the primary point of contact for our most important merchants. In this role, you will be responsible for building and monitoring KPIs, conducting in-depth analyses, and working closely with various teams to optimize the customer experience. Your ability to provide strategic insights and identify upsell opportunities will be crucial to our long-term success.

Responsibilities


  • Serve as the primary liaison for our key merchants, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

  • Build, monitor, and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) to clients, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

  • Conduct thorough analyses to identify the most productive ways for clients to utilize our solution, leading to increased adoption and upsell opportunities.

  • Provide strategic analysis and critical thinking to support long-term expansion plans.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the customer experience across our entire portfolio.

  • Assist new customers as they onboard to our platform, ensuring a smooth transition and successful implementation of our services.



Requirements



  • 5+ years of experience in an enterprise client-facing role, with significant international exposure.

  • Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively.

  • Strong analytical skills, capable of synthesizing data from multiple sources and presenting it clearly and concisely.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team player, able to build and maintain strong relationships.

  • Proactive problem-solver who is resourceful and able to work independently.

  • Background in eCommerce/FinTech and/or experience in a fast-growth B2B SaaS environment is highly preferred.

  • A bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Business, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering) is preferred.

  • Native-level English proficiency is required.
