What will you do?
We are looking for a Talent sourcer to support our recruitment team in identifying, sourcing, and engaging top talent. You will play a key role in building talent pipelines for various positions across different markets, using innovative sourcing techniques and market research ( Portugal, Ukraine, Poland)

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and other sourcing tools.

  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

  • Analyze market trends, competitor hiring strategies, and talent availability.

  • Screen candidate profiles and assess their suitability based on job requirements.

  • Collaborate with recruiters to ensure smooth candidate engagement and selection.

  • Maintain and update the recruitment database with accurate candidate information.

  • Assist in employer branding efforts by engaging with potential candidates through social media and networking events.


Requirements
✅ Experience: 2-3 years in talent acquisition, sourcing, or a related field.
✅ Skills:


  • Strong research and sourcing skills using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and candidate databases.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

✅ Languages: Fluent in Portuguese and English
✅ Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
