Requirements & qualification:


  • 3+ years of experience as a proficient Business Analyst or Product Owner (preferably on projects from scratch).

  • Skilled in eliciting, documenting, and managing requirements.

  • Proven ability to effectively interact with top management and multiple stakeholders.

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

  • Experience working with necessary tools to describe business processes (UML, BPMN).

  • Ability to write clear and actionable User Stories & Acceptance Criteria. 

  • Comfortable working with minimal supervision while handling high-level briefs.

  • English Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.

  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks and product management tools (Jira, Confluence, Miro, FigJam, etc.).

  • Exposure to SaaS/PaaS business systems and web/mobile products.


Nice to have:


  • Experience developing systems to automate HR, Accounting/Payroll, Hiring, Procurement, CRM, or related business processes.

  • Previous background in retail or e-commerce domain.


Responsibilities:


  • Act as a proxy between C-level stakeholders, Delivery Manager, development team, ensuring transparent communication and alignment with business objectives. Work closely to transform/expand stakeholder knowledge and insights.

  • Define and maintain product goals, scope, and roadmap, ensuring they are aligned with the product vision and key priorities.

  • Create and maintain Use Cases, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria for the MVP and subsequent releases.

  • Based on research and feedback from early adopters and partners, propose improvements and shape the product vision to deliver proper solution.

  • Supervise periodic demos, present deliverables, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

  • Build and maintain a prioritized product backlog, conduct refinement sessions, and clearly communicate the goal of each increment to the development team.

  • Conduct competitor analysis and user persona researches, identify opportunities and risks, and share insights with the team.
