Project Manager
About the Role:
Covent IT team is looking for a Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage an e-commerce projects, ensuring successful delivery within budget and timeline. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and vendors to drive project outcomes and foster strong relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, by covering scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and escalate issues as necessary.
- Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assign tasks, track progress, and proactively resolve roadblocks and challenges.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, addressing inquiries, and delivering regular project updates.
- Tailor project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) to fit the unique needs of project and team.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process optimization and improvement in project management.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in an outsourcing environment.
- Experience as Business analytics will be plus
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within tight deadlines.
- Monitor project progress, identify roadblocks, and escalate issues as necessary.
- Strong understanding of various project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and the ability to select the most suitable approach for each project.
- Continuously identify opportunities for up-sales and project scope extension
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building and maintaining relationships with clients and vendors.
- Intermediate strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Lead and motivate project members, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Preferred: Knowledge of specific industry domains (e.g.,E-commerce, Retail, EdTech).
