Flutter Lead Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Flutter Leader to join our team and drive the development of our innovative mobile application. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in mobile development, proven leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of the Flutter framework.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of our mobile application using Flutter.


• Mentor and guide a team of mobile developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.


• Define and enforce best practices for mobile application architecture, coding standards, and testing.


• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions.


• Oversee code reviews, ensuring code quality, performance, and maintainability.


• Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile development trends and technologies, particularly within the Flutter ecosystem.


• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.


• Contribute to the overall technical strategy and roadmap for mobile development.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in mobile application development.


• 
  At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role (formal or de-facto), demonstrating the ability to guide and mentor a team.


• 
  Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart, with a solid understanding of the framework's architecture and lifecycle.


• 
  Extensive experience working with various state management solutions within Flutter (e.g., Provider, BLoC, Riverpod, GetX, etc.).


• Demonstrated ability to build and deliver high-quality, performant, and user-friendly mobile applications.


• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Bonus Points (Great Advantage):

• Native iOS development experience (Swift/Objective-C)


• Native Android development experience (Kotlin/Java)


• Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines for mobile applications.


• A portfolio of published mobile applications on the App Store or Google Play.
