Head of Sales

Are you a sharp, strategic sales leader who thrives on building genuine, long-lasting partnerships? We're on the hunt for a Head of Sales who can not only drive our growth but also spot those win-win opportunities that benefit everyone involved. If you've got a deep understanding of the IT outstaffing/Staff Augmentation world and an uncanny ability to see the big picture, let's talk!

What You'll Be Doing

  • Growing Our Business, the Right Way

  • Mastering Long-Term Sales: You'll be focusing on long-term outstaffing deals – think teams of 3+ people for a year or more. If you've got a track record here, you're exactly who we're looking for.

  • Seeing Around Corners: It's not just about what closed today. You'll be looking ahead, understanding our Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), gross margin, and utilization for the next 6-12 months. This means you'll be a key player in forecasting our future financial health.

  • Staying Nimble: The market moves fast, and so will you. You'll be creating and quickly adjusting our Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy to keep us ahead of the curve.

  • Solving Real Problems: We don't just sell features. You'll need to truly listen to clients, digging deep with probing questions to uncover their root business problems and pain points.

  • Rocking the Tools: You're comfortable navigating Pipedrive, Apollo, Clay, and Looker Studio – these are your playgrounds for success.

Your Toolkit (Hard Skills)

  • Data-Driven Everything: You live and breathe data-driven sales and RevOps, from turning leads into closed-won deals to using AI-scoring and BI dashboards.

  • Financial Savvy: You're skilled in pricing and financial modeling, understanding everything from rate cards and bench costs to the differences between T&M and Dedicated team models.

  • Contract & Compliance Guru: You know your way around Statements of Work (SoW), SLAs, GDPR/CCPA, and export control regulations.

  • Team Economics Whiz: Understanding OTE plans, quotas, and utilization for the sales team comes naturally to you.

What You'll Need

  • English: You'll need to be at least B2+, but if you're C1, even better!

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience selling e-commerce platforms (Prestashop, Shopify, Magento 2, headless) or AI/RPA projects.

  • Certifications in negotiation or RevOps (like Harvard PON or Pavilion CRO School).

  • Your own network of warm contacts or partners in the DACH, UK/USA SaaS & retail e-commerce space.
