What will you do?

Partnering with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition global team to ensure we hire and onboard the right people in an efficient and seamless process. The process includes: identifying key requirements for hiring; developing and maintaining a talent pipeline using tactical research methods, sourcing techniques, networking, utilizing databases; promoting cooperation with the academy, initiating tech events (e.g. meetups, hackathons, etc.), and developing other innovative methods; maintaining a close relationship with candidates; conducting HR interview with candidates; follow-up on process steps; conduct reference calls; support the onboarding process. Most of the hiring will be for IT \ R&D professionals (software developers and QA engineers).

The requirements for this position:


  • Minimum 2 years of experience in leading the recruitment process for IT \ R&D roles

  • Experienced with advanced sourcing and head-hunting tools

  • Proven ability to take initiative, innovate and think “out of the box”

  • Ability to build strong, productive partnerships with all-level stakeholders

  • Passionate about delivering an outstanding recruiting experience for candidates and hiring managers

  • Fluent Portuguese and English - must
