About the Role:
Covent IT is looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in blockchain projects. In this role, you will lead complex IT initiatives, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and vendors to drive results and build lasting professional relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.

  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, resolve issues proactively, and escalate when needed.

  • Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance and support throughout the full project lifecycle.

  • Assign tasks, track progress, and remove blockers to maintain momentum.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients: manage expectations, address questions, and provide regular updates.

  • Adapt project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) to fit the needs of the team and specific projects.

  • Prepare and present clear status reports to stakeholders.

  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes and overall efficiency.


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT project management, ideally within outsourcing or distributed team environments.

  • Proven experience managing blockchain-related projects is required.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines.

  • Solid understanding of various PM methodologies and ability to apply them effectively.

  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

  • Strong leadership skills and ability to drive teams forward.

  • Proactive mindset and strong problem-solving capabilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written) — a must.

  • Experience in business analysis is a plus.

  • Bonus: Familiarity with domains such as SaaS, B2B, B2C, FinTech, EdTech.
