About the Role:
Covent IT team is looking for a Project Manager to join our Outsourcing team. In this role, you will manage 2-3 projects in parallel (mid-size), ensuring successful delivery within budget and timeline. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and vendors to drive project outcomes and foster strong relationships.

Responsibilities:


  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

  • Team Management: Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance, and support. Assign tasks, track performance, and resolve conflicts.

  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, addressing inquiries, and providing regular project updates.

  • Methodology Selection: Adapt project methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) to best suit the specific needs of each project and team.

  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present project status reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics.

  • Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities for process optimization and improvement within the project management function.


Qualifications:


  • 2-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in an outsourcing environment.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within tight deadlines.

  • Strong understanding of various project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and the ability to select the most appropriate approach.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, team members, and vendors.

  • Upper-intermediate proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Skills (Preferred):


  • Knowledge of specific industry domains (e.g., IT, finance, healthcare)
