IT Talent Sourcer
We’re looking for a Junior IT Talent Sourcer to join our recruitment team and help us attract the best tech talent. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to start a career in IT recruitment, enjoys research and communication, and is eager to learn about the fast-paced world of technology and hiring.
You’ll work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to identify, approach, and engage software engineers, QA specialists, designers, and other IT professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Search for potential IT candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media, databases, referrals, etc.
- Create and maintain talent pipelines for various technical role
- Review candidate profiles and assess basic fit for open positions.
- Support recruiters with outreach, initial candidate contact, and interview scheduling.
- Keep candidate information updated in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Research the IT job market and stay up to date on technology trends.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to improve sourcing and engagement strategies.
Requirements
- 0–1 year of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or HR.
- Basic understanding of the IT industry and technical roles (developers, QA, DevOps, etc.).
- Strong communication and research skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive attitude.
- English level: Intermediate or higher.
Nice to Have
- Experience using ATS or CRM systems.
- Basic understanding of Boolean search techniques.
- Previous experience in IT or technical sourcing.
