Overview
We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer to support a global infrastructure transformation program. The consultant will play a key role in system migrations, upgrades, and environment optimization across multiple technologies — ensuring stable, secure, and efficient transitions within an international enterprise environment.
Responsibilities
• Support and execute infrastructure migration and modernization projects across global offices.
• Manage updates and transitions across core systems including Avaya telephony, Autodesk CAD environments, Cisco network and security infrastructure, Windows Server, VMware virtualization, and Windows Autopilot.
• Coordinate with regional and global IT teams to ensure smooth cutovers and minimal service disruption.
• Perform environment assessments, prepare migration plans, and document transition steps.
• Troubleshoot post-migration issues and validate system performance and integrity.
• Contribute to process improvement and knowledge transfer across teams.
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure implementation, upgrade, or migration projects within enterprise environments.
• Hands-on expertise with several of the following technologies:
o Avaya (Telephony / Unified Communications)
o Autodesk CAD (Engineering software environments)
o Cisco Network & Security solutions
o Windows Server & Active Directory
o VMware virtualization platforms
o Windows Autopilot / Endpoint Management
