Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager/BA with experience in mobile application development and B2C products to become  the connection point between Product/UX and Dev/QA. This role requires strong ownership, structured thinking, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery quality and alignment with business goals.

• Manage the full project lifecycle in mobile development (iOS/Android).




• Plan timelines, track progress, and ensure tasks are delivered according to scope, deadlines, and quality.




• Organize and run project ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives.




• Communicate with stakeholders and clients, provide status updates, and resolve blockers.




• Maintain and update project documentation in Confluence and track work progress in Jira.




• Ensure project work aligns with business requirements, user expectations, and product strategy.




• Work with backlog and roadmap planning, estimates, priorities, and scope adjustments.

• 2–3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT.




• Proven experience working with B2C products and mobile applications (must-have).




• Understanding of Android/iOS development lifecycle, mobile architecture basics, release cycles (not as a developer, but as tech-aware PM).




• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.




• Experience working in Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban).




• Experience working in Product team.




• Experience with tools Firebase, AppStore Connect, Sentry, Amplitude, Play Console.




• Strong communication, stakeholder management, prioritization, and risk management skills.




• Ability to work in a fast-changing environment and make confident decisions.




• English: Intermediate or higher — written and verbal.

Nice-to-have

• Experience collaborating closely with UI/UX teams.




• Experience or understanding of AI, ML.
