DevOps Engineer
We are seeking a proactive and motivated DevOps Engineer to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to own and manage our cloud infrastructure while actively contributing to service automation and tooling development using Python.
This is a pivotal role with a focus split of approximately 70% Infrastructure/DevOps and 30% hands-on Scripting/Coding (primarily Python).
We are looking for self-starters who are ready to embrace a wide scope of responsibilities, from deployment pipelines to internal tool development. A strong foundation or demonstrated potential (Strong Junior level) is welcome; you will learn and grow with us!
Required Technical Stack & Experience:
- Core)AWS: S3, EC2, VPC, Route53, CloudWatch, Lambda, RDS (MySQL Aurora).
Kubernetes (Cloud-based): Kustomize, Helm, Docker, Docker Compose.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform
CI/CD & GitOps: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD.
Scripting & Automation: Bash and Python
Monitoring & Logging: Elastic Stack, Prometheus, Grafana.
Operating Systems: Strong understanding of Linux (Alpine, Ubuntu, CentOS, Amazon Linux).
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Experience: Approximately 2+ years of relevant experience in DevOps, SRE, or Systems Administration. We are happy to consider Strong Junior candidates with excellent foundational knowledge and motivation.
Attitude: Must be a proactive problem-solver with a "get-it-done" attitude, ready to independently own tasks from inception to delivery.
Coding Readiness: A willingness and aptitude to embrace the 30% coding requirement (Python) is essential. While we don't require developer-level expertise, you must be comfortable reading code and writing scripts to automate tasks.
Growth Mindset: Eager to learn new tools and continuously improve processes.
