About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Integration Delivery Lead to drive and coordinate complex integration workstreams within large-scale ERP and enterprise transformation programs. This role is focused on leadership, orchestration, and delivery and is ideal for professionals with a strong background in ERP implementations, enterprise integrations, and global program environments.
You will work closely with the Program Manager and globally distributed technical and business teams to ensure integrations are designed, governed, and delivered successfully.

This role is focused on leadership, orchestration, and delivery and is ideal for professionals with a strong background in ERP implementations, enterprise integrations, and global program environments.
You will work closely with the Program Manager and globally distributed technical and business teams to ensure integrations are designed, governed, and delivered successfully.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage integration delivery streams across complex, large-scale programs.
- Own end-to-end coordination of integration activities, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
- Act as the primary bridge between: System Integrators (SIs), Enterprise Architecture teams, External vendors (e.g., SAP and other ERP providers).
- Review, understand, and challenge integration solution designs and proposals.
- Drive alignment on integration patterns, standards, and governance.
- Ensure delivery quality across multi-country rollout programs.
- Proactively manage risks, issues, and escalations related to integrations.
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions.
- 5–7+ years of experience in integration delivery, ERP transformation, or large-scale IT program environments.
- Proven experience leading delivery streams in global or highly complex IT landscapes.
- Prior experience with multi-country rollout programs.
- Strong understanding of integration concepts, patterns, and architectures.
- Background in ERP implementation programs such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
- Ability to review, understand, and challenge integration solution proposals (no coding required).
- Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
- Comfortable working independently across distributed, global teams.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure integration services and cloud-based integration patterns.
- Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
- Strong understanding of modern integration and data foundation concepts.
- Experience working in large enterprise transformation programs on a global scale.
