NOC Engineer
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented NOC Engineer to join our operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for 24/7 system monitoring, early incident detection, and timely communication with the DevOps team to ensure system stability and high availability.
Responsibilities
Monitor production systems, infrastructure, and applications on a 24/7 basis using monitoring and alerting tools.
Detect, analyze, and respond to system alerts and incidents according to established procedures.
Escalate incidents to the DevOps team, providing clear and accurate technical details.
Perform initial troubleshooting and basic incident analysis.
Maintain incident logs, alerts, and operational documentation.
Follow incident management and escalation processes.
Participate in shift handovers to ensure continuity of monitoring and support.
Requirements
0,5-1+ year of experience in a NOC, technical support, or operations role.
Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools (e.g., Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Nagios, or similar).
Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS).
Understanding of incident management and escalation workflows.
Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
Ability to work in 12-hour or 8-hour shifts, including nights and weekends.
