Odoo developer

We are looking for an experienced Odoo Developer to join our team and help us build, customize, and optimize business applications based on the Odoo platform. In this role, you will work closely with product owners, business analysts, and engineering teams to implement scalable ERP solutions and improve existing business processes.

This position is ideal for developers who enjoy solving business problems through automation and building robust backend systems.

• 3+ years of experience in Python development




• Hands-on experience with Odoo development and customization




• Strong understanding of Odoo framework, modules, and architecture




• Experience working with PostgreSQL




• Knowledge of REST APIs and system integrations




• Understanding of ERP systems and business process automation




• Experience with Git and modern development workflows




• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions




• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules and applications




• Design and implement new features aligned with business requirements




• Integrate Odoo with third-party systems and external APIs




• Optimize existing Odoo implementations for performance and scalability




• Customize Odoo workflows, reports, and user interfaces




• Participate in system architecture discussions and technical decision-making




• Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support for existing Odoo environments




• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions




• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
