Role Overview:
As a UI/UX Designer at Covent IT, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of a variety of mobile and web applications. You'll work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to create intuitive, engaging, and user-centered designs. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, from innovative startups to established enterprise solutions, providing a unique and challenging experience.
Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for mobile and web applications.


• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.


• Collaborate closely with R&D and Development teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs.


• Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides.


• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.


• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends and best practices.


• Work on both outsourced and outstaffed projects, adapting to various client needs and project requirements.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design for mobile and web applications.


• Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and problem-solving skills.


• Proficiency in Figma.


• Experience in creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.


• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.


• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.  


• Experience communicating with R&D teams.


• Experience working on product design is highly desirable.


• Ability to adapt to fast paced environments and multiple projects.
