About the Role

We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer to join our team and work on an internal platform that automates business processes for a global logistics partner specializing in diamond transportation.

The project is focused on building and expanding an internal workflow management system used across multiple company locations. The current MVP is already in production and includes digital forms. The next phase is to gather business requirements from different departments and implement scalable solutions that streamline internal operations.


Responsibilities

  • Develop new features using React.js and Node.js.

  • Gather and analyze business requirements from non-technical stakeholders.

  • Design and implement scalable solutions for internal workflow automation.

  • Improve and extend the existing MVP.

  • Build and maintain dynamic forms and business process automation.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand operational needs.

  • Structure requirements into clear technical solutions.

  • Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and delivery.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of commercial experience with React.js and Node.js.

  • Experience with AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude, etc.). 

  • Good understanding of full-stack web application development.

  • Experience working with Docker - advantage.

  • Experience building internal tools or workflow automation systems. 

  • Experience designing forms, business workflows, or process management applications. 

  • Experience communicating directly with business or non-technical stakeholders.

  • Understanding of working with confidential, sensitive, or security-critical data. 

  • Attention to detail and ability to work with ambiguous requirements. 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Good written and spoken English.
