Our engineering team specializes in building high-performance online stores, seamless migrations, and complex custom platforms tailored to unique business needs. We are currently looking for an experienced PrestaShop Developer to strengthen our tech expertise and drive high-quality deliveries for our international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Custom Development: Design and develop custom PrestaShop modules and themes (versions 1.7 and 8+) tailored to specific business requirements.
• Integrations: Set up and optimize complex third-party integrations, including ERPs, CRMs, payment gateways, shipping providers, and marketplace APIs.
• Performance Optimization: Conduct code audits, enhance page load speeds (Core Web Vitals), and implement effective caching strategies.
• Maintenance & Migration: Support existing projects (handling both legacy code and new features) and manage store migrations from older versions or other e-commerce platforms.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Project Managers, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers to ensure flawless, on-time releases.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2–3+ years of commercial experience developing robust e-commerce solutions on PrestaShop.
• Tech Stack:
  • Deep knowledge of PHP (OOP, MVC) and MySQL.
  • Hands-on experience with the Symfony framework (given modern PrestaShop architecture).
  • Strong frontend skills: JavaScript (Vanilla / jQuery), HTML5, CSS3/SASS, and template engines (Smarty / Twig).
• Architecture: Solid understanding of PrestaShop module architecture, overrides, and working with REST/SOAP APIs.
• Tools: Proficiency with Git, Docker, and Composer.
• Soft Skills: Ability to navigate and refactor existing codebases, a proactive mindset in proposing clean technical solutions over quick fixes, and comfortable working in an agile environment.
• Language: Upper-Intermediate (B2) English level or higher for fluent communication with international teams and clients.

Nice to have:

• Official PrestaShop Certification.
• Experience with alternative e-commerce platforms (Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce).
• Familiarity with e-commerce SEO best practices and data tracking/analytics setup.
