We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR People Partner to join our People team.


In this role, you will work closely with employees and managers, supporting them throughout the employee lifecycle and helping create a positive, engaging, and high-performing work environment.


This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with people but can also maintain a business perspective. You know how to build trust, ask the right questions, and turn employee feedback into practical actions.


What you will do
  • Support employees throughout the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, probation, development, engagement, and offboarding.

  • Partner with managers on people-related topics, work closely with Recruitment, HR Operations, Payroll, and other stakeholders.

  • Conduct regular 1:1 meetings and stay connected with employees to identify potential issues, risks, and areas for improvement.

  • Handle employee relations cases and help resolve workplace issues and conflicts.

  • Participate in performance management and development processes.

  • Support retention initiatives and identify potential turnover risks.

  • Coordinate HR processes and ensure a smooth employee experience.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS and personnel administration systems.

  • Ensure timely and accurate updates of employee data, documentation, and HR-related information in relevant systems.

  • Participate in the development and improvement of HR policies, processes, and internal initiatives.

  • Support company culture and employee engagement initiatives.


What we are looking for

  • 3+ years of experience as HR or HR People Partner.

  • Experience working with employees, managers and clients in a fast-paced environment.

  • Good understanding of the full employee lifecycle and core HR processes.

  • Hands-on experience working with HRIS and personnel administration systems, including maintaining employee records and managing HR-related data and documentation.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage several topics simultaneously.

  • Experience working with HR metrics and reporting will be a plus.

  • Intermediate or higher level of English.
