We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Software (.NET + JS) Engineer to join our engineering team. As a senior member, you will play a key role in driving technical decisions, designing scalable architectures, and delivering complex full-stack solutions. The ideal candidate has deep technical expertise, a strong sense of ownership, and a passion for mentoring others while working collaboratively in a dynamic, cloud-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and architecture of robust backend services and APIs using .NET or C#.
- Architect and build complex, high-performance frontend applications using React.
- Drive technical decision-making and establish best practices for code quality, security, and software architecture.
- Design, implement, and optimize complex data access layers and database queries using SQL.
- Architect, deploy, and manage scalable distributed systems on cloud computing platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Mentor mid-level and junior engineers, conduct thorough code reviews, and foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Ensure robust system reliability through advanced logging, metrics, and monitoring strategies.
- Take ownership of debugging and troubleshooting complex full-stack issues, ensuring high stability and performance.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (DevOps, QA, product) to translate business requirements into end-to-end technical solutions.
- Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in full-stack software engineering.
- Deep expertise in building enterprise-grade applications with .NET and/or C#.
- Extensive hands-on experience with modern frontend ecosystems, specifically React.
- Strong background in system design, relational databases, and advanced SQL optimization.
- Proven experience architecting and deploying applications on AWS or Azure.
- Advanced understanding of API development, RESTful services, and microservice architectures.
- Experience configuring and optimizing CI/CD tools and pipelines.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate and resolve complex technical challenges.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.
