About the project
In a phase of significant growth, they opted to form a nearshore team of over 10 specialists organized into squads, led by a Project/Site Manager. Technologies required included Node.js, React, Ruby on Rails, iOS, Android, DevOps, and QA. We meticulously planned and executed the construction of this new team. Beginning with the Project Manager, we presented the client with a curated list of potential candidates. After rigorous technical and managerial pre-screening, Hiring Managers, HR representatives, and the VP of R&D visited our office for a week of face-to-face interviews, ensuring a rapid, efficient, and personalized selection process.
