About the Role
We’re looking for a Junior IT Talent Sourcer to join our recruitment team and help us attract the best tech talent. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to start a career in IT recruitment, enjoys research and communication, and is eager to learn about the fast-paced world of technology and hiring.
You’ll work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to identify, approach, and engage software engineers, QA specialists, designers, and other IT professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Search for potential IT candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media, databases, referrals, etc.

  • Create and maintain talent pipelines for various technical role

  • Review candidate profiles and assess basic fit for open positions.

  • Support recruiters with outreach, initial candidate contact, and interview scheduling.

  • Keep candidate information updated in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).

  • Research the IT job market and stay up to date on technology trends.

  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to improve sourcing and engagement strategies.

Requirements

  • 0,5–1 year of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or HR.

  • Basic understanding of the IT industry and technical roles (developers, QA, DevOps, etc.).

  • Strong communication and research skills.

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive attitude.

  • English level: Intermediate or higher.

Nice to Have

  • Experience using ATS or CRM systems.

  • Basic understanding of Boolean search techniques.

  • Previous experience in IT or technical sourcing.
