AI Fullstack Engineer
We are looking for a next-generation AI Fullstack Engineer who can rapidly transform concepts into production-ready software by leveraging AI coding assistants as their primary accelerator.
Requirements
Strong Fullstack Background: Proven experience in full-stack development (Frontend, Backend, REST/APIs, and Databases).
- AI-First Workflow: A proven track record of using AI assistants (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, etc.) as a core part of your daily workflow—not just for occasional autocomplete, but for highly optimized engineering.
BA & Pre-sales Experience: Practical experience working with business requirements, direct client communication, and accurate technical estimation.
Broad Domain Exposure: A wide horizon ("надивленість") across diverse industries and the ability to instantly adapt to a new business domain.
Product-Driven Mindset: Focus on delivering business value, user experience, and ROI, rather than just writing clean code.
Fluent Communication: English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher, with the ability to lead technical workshops and business calls confidently.
- Experience with No-code/Low-code tools and automation platforms (e.g., n8n, Dify, Make).
- Background in IT Consulting or tech agencies (Outsourcing/Outstaffing).
- A strong portfolio of successfully launched MVPs and diverse projects.
End-to-End Development: Architect, build, and support full-cycle projects (Frontend + Backend) using advanced AI assistants (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, etc.) to hyper-accelerate delivery.
- Pre-sales & Technical Consultation: Participate in pre-sales activities, evaluate incoming project requests, and design tailored technical solutions based on client needs.
Business Analysis (BA): Gather and analyze requirements, turning vague client ideas into crystal-clear technical specifications and action plans.
Rapid Prototyping: Build high-quality MVPs and Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs) under tight deadlines.
Pragmatic Tech Selection: Choose the right technology stack based on the specific project constraints and business goals, rather than personal habits or comfort zones.
